Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The Aeverest Report (“we,” “us”) is an independent health-information website operated by Plus Ultra Labs LLC, a California limited liability company (doing business as “The Aeverest Report”). This policy applies to the website at aeverestreport.com and its subdomains.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in your message. We don't run accounts, logins, or paid subscriptions on this site.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools may automatically log standard technical information when you visit — for example your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the site or ad you arrived from. This is used in aggregate to understand traffic and improve the site.

3. How we use information

  • To operate, secure, and improve the website.
  • To understand which articles and reviews are useful, in aggregate.
  • To measure the performance of advertising and affiliate links (for example, whether a visit led to a purchase on a partner's site).
  • To respond to messages you send us.

We do not sell access to your inbox, and we don't send marketing email blasts from this site.

4. Cookies & analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies for basic site function, analytics, and to attribute affiliate referrals. Our advertising and affiliate partners (for example native-advertising networks and affiliate retailers such as ClickBank) may also set their own cookies or tracking parameters when you click a link or arrive from one of their ads. We don't control those third-party technologies; their use is governed by the partner's own privacy policy.

You can usually disable cookies in your browser settings. Some affiliate attribution may not work if you do, but the content of the site will still function.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, this site does not respond to DNT signals. We do, however, honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as opt-out-of-sale/sharing requests where required by law, as described in Section 7.

5. Who we share information with

We don't sell your personal information for money. We share limited information with the service providers that make the site run — for example our website host, analytics provider, and the advertising/affiliate networks that measure referrals. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain data uses. To make a request, email us at hello@aeverestreport.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

7. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. However, some uses of cookies and tracking technologies for advertising and affiliate attribution may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California law (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws.

If you are a California (or other eligible state) resident and want to opt out of this kind of sharing, you can:

  • Email us at hello@aeverestreport.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share,” and we will honor your request.
  • Enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we treat as an opt-out request where required.

8. Retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, or as required by law. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no website can guarantee perfect security.

9. Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
